Dr. Aundria del Pino

Dr. del Pino grew up in Tennessee and moved to Florida in 1996 where she started working in wild bird rehabilitation in Tavernier with Laura Quinn. After her experience there she decided that to better help the birds she needed to go to Veterinary School. Dr. del Pino will aways be grateful to Laura for her experience there and for being an inspiration  to further her education. Dr. del Pino finished her Bachelors degree from University of Florida in Wildlife Conservation and Ecology. She then attended Veterinary School in the Cayman Islands, St. Matthew’s University where she was fortunate enough to have received a vast amount of exotic animal experience. She had her clinical year at the University of Illinois and did a year internship in wildlife medicine at C.R.O.W, The Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife on Sanibel Island. After her internship she began work at Banfield Pet Hospital and was there for 2.5 years until she received a position in Marathon with Dr. Mader. “I feel fortunate that I was able to move here and work with such wonderful people and be able to learn from everyone.”
