Soft Tissue Surgery

We are able to perform a wide variety of soft tissue surgeries here at Marathon Veterinary Hospital.  Spays and neuters are the most commonly performed soft tissue surgeries.  These are important for population control as well as to prevent many unwanted illnesses and cancers.  Surgery can be useful to remove foreign material from the stomach, to remove stones from the bladder, to remove certain types of tumors, or to fix other problems causing disease.  In addition to treating certain illnesses, surgery can also be useful to diagnose disease or cancer.  We perform these surgeries every weekday in our hospital.  All patients are monitored closely by qualified technical staff and using top-of-the-line monitoring equipment.
